Jennifer Levy serves as Collections Registrar at the Georgia Historical Society. As Collections Registrar, Jennifer helps manage the GHS collection by meticulously documenting, tracking, and overseeing the logistics of GHS collection materials, including historical documents, artifacts, rare and non-rare books/serials, and archival materials. She works closely with other Research Center staff to safeguard the collection’s integrity while facilitating access.
Jennifer earned a Master of Arts, Museum Studies from John F. Kennedy University in addition to a Master of Fine Arts, Sculpture, and Installation Art from San Jose State University. She has more than 18 years of experience working with art and history collections. Her most recent role was Chief Registrar at Telfair Museums. Prior to her time with Telfair, Jennifer was a Senior Assistant Registrar with the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston.
