Keith Strigaro is the Director of Public Relations and Communications at the Georgia Historical Society. In this role, Keith is responsible for promoting GHS’s dual mission of education and research to a wide range of audiences, and building relationships with local, state, and national media outlets. Prior to joining GHS, he led strategic communications for the Provost’s Office at Georgia Southern University, and he was the director of communications at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University in Virginia. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in history and English from the University of Virginia. He began his career in public history as a tour guide at George Washington’s Mount Vernon, James Monroe’s Highland, and Robert Townsend’s Raynham Hall.
