Evelina Erickson serves as Director of Development for the Georgia Historical Society. Evelina is an experienced nonprofit professional with more than 25 years of experience, much of it specifically in development positions. She played key roles in successful capital campaigns, built and executed comprehensive fundraising programs, and fostered enduring relationships with donors and stakeholders. Evelina’s most recent post was as Executive Director of the Savannah Voice Festival. Prior to that, Evelina was the Director of U.S. Philanthropy for the Good Food Institute and the Senior Managing Director of Development with the National Parks Conservation Association. She earned a bachelor’s degree in government and politics at the University of Maryland. In addition, Evelina holds a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.
