Nate Pedersen is the Manager of Archival and Reference Team at Georgia Historical Society (GHS). Nate is responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day operations of the Research Center as well as ensuring the provision of high-quality reference services to patrons. A native of Minnesota, he has a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology and a master’s degree in library and information studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Nate is a member of the Grolier Club, the American Library Association (ALA), the Association of College and Research Libraries division (ACRL), and the Rare Books and Manuscripts Section (RBMS). He is the co-author of two books on popular medical history and the editor of several short story anthologies.
